HOW TO BUY AT GEORGIA STORE?

It’s really simple!
Find what you’re looking for browsing through the different categories or using our search bar.

Choose what you want and click Add to cart. When you’re done shopping, go to My bag in the top right corner of the header and proceed to checkout.

You’ll need to enter your delivery address, payment method and confirm your information. Once the purchase is done, you’ll get a purchase confirmation.

HOW DO I SIGN UP AT GEORGIA STORE?

There are three different ways to do it:

- Sign up for our newsletter if you only want to stay posted on the lastest items, sales and discounts.

- If you want to get all the news and also create an account for a faster checkout on future orders, access to your order history, address information

- You can sign up using Facebook.

To sign up to our newsletter just enter your email address when the pop-up shows up. Or, at the bottom of the website.

To sign up and create an account at Georgia: on the top right corner click on Create an account. You’ll just have to enter your name, e-mail and a password.
Once the account is created, go to Account Information > Billing address so you can save your information for future purchases.
After that, you can log in to your account and check your order history going to My Orders. You can also check your wishlist visiting My Wishlist

HOW CAN I UPDATE MY ADDRESS AND OTHER INFORMATION

Once logged in, click View my addresses and edit your current address or add a new one. You can also e-mail hello@georgia-store.com and we’ll help you update your information.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

  • Standard shipping is FREE! (3-6 business days).
  • Express shipping is $160 MXN (1-2 business days).

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY PRODUCT TO BE DELIVERED?

  • Standard shipping takes from 3 to 6 business days
  • Express shipping takes from 1 to 2 business days

HOW CAN I KNOW MY PAYMENT INFORMATION IS SAFE?

WHAT DO YOU USE TO PROCESS MY PAYMENT?

We take payments with credit and debit cards with the help of PayPal and Conekta. These are companies well-know worldwide and with a lot experience. They use SSL and the best security practices to protect your information.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER? HOW?

Once you make your purchase you will receive an e-mail confirmation with an order number, tracking number and instructions on how to track your package. If you have any problems with the delivery of your order message us at hello@georgia-store.com

In the bottom part of any mail you receive from us you’ll find a link to Unsuscribe. That way you’ll be removed from our mailing list.

WHAT ARE THE CARE RECOMMENDATIONS FOR MY JEWELRY?

To keep your jewelry in the best conditions, please follow these recommendations:

  • Clean your jewelry with a soft cloth periodically
  • Avoid washing your hands, applying perfume, moisturizer or any other cream with your jewelry on.
  • Avoid contact with detergent, soap or similar products
  • Don’t expose your jewelry to sources of heat like heaters, hot tubs, tanning beds, etc.
  • Avoid using your jewelry at the gym, beach, pool or while doing any type of excercising. These activities may cause denting, scratching or bead loss.

WHAT CAN I DO IF MY WARRANTY PERIOD IS OVER AND MY JEWELRY IS DAMAGED?

We offer repair service for items purchased at Georgia Store as long as we have the material needed for its repair. Depending on the type of product and provider, we’ll determine if it it possible to repair. We’ll charge a minimum of $200 MXN. We’ll give you a quote depending on the type of repair.

Rhodium jewelry doesn’t apply for repair.
